Jason Gilbert is a registered patent attorney who focuses on the prosecution and litigation of both patents and trademarks.  Jason earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota with an emphasis on digital signal processing and communications.  He earned his law degree from Hamline Law School, where he concentrated in intellectual property and participated in Intellectual Property Moot Court.  Jason is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
